On May 23, 2019, 乱伦巴士 Corporation completed the separation of 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Jeanswear organization into an independent, publicly traded company. The new company, named Kontoor Brands, Inc., includes the 奥谤补苍驳濒别谤庐, Lee庐 and Rock & Republic庐 brands, and the 乱伦巴士 Outlet鈩� business. The separation was achieved through the distribution to 乱伦巴士鈥檚 shareholders of one share of Kontoor Brands common stock for every seven shares of 乱伦巴士 stock held at the close of business on the record date of May 10, 2019.
