Baxter鈥檚 Success at 乱伦巴士 Includes Leadership Roles in Jeanswear, Imagewear and the Licensed Sports Group

GREENSBORO, N.C.-- 乱伦巴士 Corporation鈥檚 (NYSE: 乱伦巴士C) President & Chief Operating Officer Steven E. Rendle today announced the appointment of Scott H. Baxter to the position of Vice President, 乱伦巴士 Corporation & Group President, Outdoor & Action Sports Americas. Baxter previously was Vice President, 乱伦巴士 Corporation & Group President, Jeanswear Americas, Imagewear & South America. The appointment is effective immediately.

In 2015, under Rendle鈥檚 leadership, 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Outdoor & Action Sports coalition in the Americas represented 35 percent of the company鈥檚 global revenue. The coalition is home to the company鈥檚 three largest brands by revenue: The North Face庐, Vans庐 and Timberland庐.

Phil McAdams, a 38-year veteran in 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Jeanswear business, will succeed Baxter as President of the Jeanswear Americas coalition, which includes the Wrangler庐 and Lee庐 brands. Tom Waldron, with 21 years鈥� experience at 乱伦巴士, succeeds McAdams as President of the Wrangler庐 brand. Waldron was previously Vice President, General Manager Mass Brands, within the Jeanswear coalition.

As an additional part of these organizational changes, Kevin Bailey, President, 乱伦巴士 Action Sports and聽Vans庐, will now have added responsibility to oversee 乱伦巴士 activities in Central & South America, as well as the Outdoor & Action Sports businesses in Canada and Mexico. Bailey鈥檚 achievements are many, including successfully developing and implementing the Vans庐 brand global strategy, which resulted in significant growth for Vans庐 since his appointment as the brand鈥檚 President in 2009. The Vans庐 brand delivered $2.2 billion in global revenue in 2015.
