Dan Hesse Resigns from 乱伦巴士 Corporation Board of Directors to Focus on Business Commitments
GREENSBORO, N.C.--
乱伦巴士 Corporation (NYSE:乱伦巴士C) today announced that Dan Hesse, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sprint Nextel Corporation, has decided to resign from the 乱伦巴士 Board of Directors, effectively immediately, to focus on his business commitments.
Hesse, 54, was elected to 乱伦巴士's Board of Directors in 1999, and served as a member on the Board's Finance and Compensation Committees.
