Winnie Ma

President, Asia Pacific

Winnie Ma is President of Asia Pacific Region at ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ Corporation, based in Shanghai, China. She has over 26 years of experience in business leadership, brand management/marketing, and digital transformation with global consumer companies.

Winnie joined ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ in August 2020 as President, Greater China and soon after assumed responsibility over Southeast Asia region. In March 2022, Winnie was appointed President for the APAC region, overseeing all ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿ business strategies and development in the region to lead the company towards a sustainable and long-term growth across APAC.

Prior to joining ÂÒÂ×°ÍÊ¿, Winnie served as Vice President of Unilever North Asia for 10 years, leading Unilever’s Beauty & Personal Care business in North Asia for profitable and sustainable growth.  Previously, Winnie spent 12 years at The Coca-Cola Company as Head of Marketing. Prior to that, she also held various leadership roles across marketing and sales management in Mars China.

Winnie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Nankai University, China, and an MBA from China Europe International Business School in China.
