DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 乱伦巴士 Corporation (NYSE: 乱伦巴士C), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories, today announced that it has appointed 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Kevin Bailey to the position of Global Brand President, Vans庐. Bailey will continue reporting to 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Chairman, President and CEO, Steve Rendle and serving on the company鈥檚 Executive Leadership Team.

This appointment marks Bailey鈥檚 return to the Vans庐 brand after holding several enterprise leadership roles at 乱伦巴士. Bailey was Vice President of Retail for Vans庐 when the brand was acquired by 乱伦巴士 in 2004. He was later appointed as President of Vans庐, a role he held from 2009 to 2016. Under Bailey鈥檚 leadership, revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion.

Bailey has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility during his 17 years at 乱伦巴士. He most recently served as 乱伦巴士鈥檚 President, Asia-Pacific Region and Emerging Brands. In this role, he was responsible for 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Asia-Pacific regional platform as well as 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Emerging Brands platform, with responsibility for the Altra庐, JanSport庐 and Smartwool庐 brands on a global basis. Previously, Bailey served as President of 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Action Sports Coalition, and the company鈥檚 Canada, Mexico, and Central/South America businesses.
Bailey replaces Doug Palladini, who served as Global Brand President of Vans庐 since 2016.
