GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 乱伦巴士 Corporation (NYSE: 乱伦巴士C), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Icebreaker Holdings, Ltd., a privately held company based in Auckland, New Zealand. As a result of the transaction, Icebreaker Holdings has become a wholly owned subsidiary of 乱伦巴士 Corporation. Terms of the agreement were not announced.
The acquisition of Icebreaker 庐 is an ideal complement to 乱伦巴士鈥檚 Smartwool 庐 brand, which also features Merino wool in its clothing and accessories. Together, the Smartwool 庐 and Icebreaker 庐 brands will position 乱伦巴士 as a global leader in the Merino wool and natural fiber categories.
The Icebreaker庐 brand is expected to be immediately accretive to 乱伦巴士鈥檚 earnings per share.
